Naturally, we're looking for men and women who fit our unique culture, demonstrate a sound work ethic, and are completely committed to attaining their professional qualification.

The learning opportunities we provide are significant. As a Trainee Accountant contracted at C&P, you can expect to learn the A-Z of business and gain detailed experience in all the business cycles across a broad spectrum of industries.

We also offer the invaluable opportunity to learn and acquire the soft skills required to operate and perform as an effective Chartered Accountant.

In addition to these learnerships, we have structured an outsourced training programme that comprises eleven formal training modules spread over a three-year period.

C&P's open-door management style ensures that the learning and development process is constructive and efficient. The training process is measured in terms of the core experience required by IRBA and is accordingly split between accounting, audit, taxation, consulting, secretarial and other services.
